Deep learning model for automatic segmentation of lungs and pulmonary metastasis in small animal MR images

Here at @NPICImaging we have spent an inordinate amount of time segmenting images. However this article by the @MachaNikolski lab in @CNRS @univbordeaux_EN shows a potential deep learning model which will enable auto-segmentation of the pulmonary system.
