R-methylation domains are very enriched in proteins implicated in ALS. Figure 6c in this linked paper out of Qingdao University illustrates. TDI began studying R-meth in C9-ALS/FTD, but as we learn more, we think it may extend beyond to sALS. #ALSresearch
