@t_etekal Yes, there are solid data supporting its use as treatment for steroid refractory acute LGI GVHD. Due to cost and the fact that pts w gr3-4 LGI GVHD are generally inpatient (where drug costs matter a LOT) we generally use after steroid+rux failure
