MA: In patients with depression, zuranolone was better than placebo (MD-HAMD: -1.71; -2.47 to -0.95). Efficacy was also was observed in the PPD subgroup (-4.08; -5.82 to -2.35), except for patients with insomnia and MDD or PPD (-0.79; -1.83 to 0.26) https:
