実際に臨床でも、栄養不良な頭頸部がん患者は放射線化学療法による有害事象の程度と治療中断率が高いように感じています。 事前にハイリスク患者をスクリーニングして、予防的な栄養支持療法、治療開始前から胃瘻を増設などにより治療成績が上がるのかもしれません。
