@WPutzi Not an epidemiologist, but I’ll give this a very basic attempt. Prevalence of stroke is about 3% of US population (https://t.co/ymck2ET1qp). That’s equivalent to 38,298 people a year in Idaho. So 3 doesn’t seem like a lot?
